2. How long does the fountain run for?
Normally we run the fountain for 4 hours. You pick the exact start and finish time. The running time can be longer at the customers request and for an extra supplement. Please ask for a quote.

3. Can the Chocolate Fountain be used outdoors?
No, mainly due to operating reasons and hygiene issues

4. Can I provide my own dipping food?
Yes, we will be happy to provide a quote for the fountain and chocolate only

5. Does the fountain make a mess?
Expect a few dribbles and spills, but our staff are there to keep the fountain and dips clean and looking good.

6. What type of chocolate is used?
We use the best quality pure Belgian chocolate with a high cocoa butter content. This is ideal for use in Chocolate Fountains and tastes fantastic.

7. Could a Chocolate Fountain be suitable instead of a cake or a dessert at my event?
Yes, we have found this to be the case on several occasions, as well as it being a talking point for your event.

8. How reliable is the Chocolate Fountain?
Our fountains have a lifetime guarantee. However in the event of a breakdown we will endeavour to get a replacement fountain for your event or return payment.

9. How long will it take to set up the Chocolate Fountain?
The Chocolate Fountain usually takes about 1hr to 1hr30mins depending on package ordered and whether or not we are supplying the dipping foods.

10. How do I make a booking?
You can contact us by email, enquiry form or telephone with your exact requirements. In order for the booking to be confirmed we require a non returnable deposit of £100 with the remaining balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to the event.
